Official Notification: Admit Card Distribution for 2023 First-Year Degree Pass and Certificate Course Exams

The National University announces that the 2023 First-Year Degree Pass and Certificate Course Examinations are set to begin on January 29, 2025. To facilitate smooth participation, admit cards for all eligible candidates will be available for download from January 23, 2025. These admit cards are digitally signed by the Controller of Examinations to ensure authenticity.

Guidelines for Institutional Administration

Downloading Admit Cards
Institutions are required to retrieve admit cards through the Examination Management System (EMS) portal. Detailed steps are as follows:

1. Open your browser and navigate to the EMS portal via one of these URLs:
   • http://ems.nu.ac.bd/
   • http://103.113.200.43:8007/
2. Select the "College login (Admin)" option on the homepage.
3. Log in using your assigned college credentials (code and password).
4. Navigate to the "Admit Card" section via the sidebar menu.
5. Select the appropriate exam from the dropdown menu under "Select Exam" and click "Search."
6. Download the admit cards, attendance lists, and roll details from the "Admit Card By Subject" table.
7. For subject-specific requirements, use the college user panel to access additional options.

Verification Protocols
After downloading, institutions must carefully verify all information on the admit cards, including candidate names, registration numbers, and photographs. Each card should be authenticated with the principal's signature and the institution’s official seal before distribution.

Candidate Distribution
Once verified, admit cards should be issued to candidates, ensuring they review their details for accuracy. Candidates must report discrepancies immediately to their respective institutions.

Error Reporting and Corrections
Institutions must submit correction requests to the Controller of Examinations on behalf of candidates for any errors on the admit cards. These requests, signed by the principal, must be submitted no later than January 26, 2025.

Pre-Exam Responsibilities

Attendance sheets and roll number lists should also be downloaded from the EMS portal and delivered to examination centers no later than three days before the exams begin. Timely compliance is essential to avoid any administrative delays.
